janafroom said... We absolutely enjoyed our kayak trip. The scenery was stunning, the water was very easy to paddle in 85% of the time and there are great options for lunch stops on the way. We saw herons and a few other native NZ birds. Gavin and Cindy were very friendly and helpful and even gave us freshly baked cookies for our trip. The only helpful thing would have been a spare dry bag as one was not quite enough for a grup of five, but that's okay.
