The ancient water comes from a deep volcanic river and is heavily laden with nourishing minerals. It is crystal clear, odourless and soft. All our pools are emptied, cleaned and refilled every day ensuring the purist bathing experience.

Hi Naomi, thanks for your feedback. The showers are hot , so unless the tank had been drained you should have had a hot shower, I apologize for the inconvenience. The staff could have fixed this but possibly were not aware. The surrounding bush and umbulas offer shade for most of the day ,but we have a period in mid summer of about 2 hours with little shade , it is always a juggle to ensure we cater for all guests needs and we will assess the situation. Pool itself is good but needs some modernization in changing rooms. No hot water in the showers. Pool surrounds could do with some shading in the summer months.
