The Mud Run makes it possible for you to conveniently tick off a visit to one of the iconic natural attractions - either Waimangu Volcanic Valley or Wai-o-TapuThermal Wonderland.
Departing from Rotorua daily, will give you time to explore at your own pace on a self guided walking tour as you start your journey into the fascinating world of Steam, Mud & Colours.

The Mud Run provided exactly what was needed and more - transport to Waiotapu with informative and interesting information - but they also went above and beyond dropping me at the intercity bus so I could catch onward transport to Taupō and making sure I had all that I needed - really helpful and kind - will use again without doubt.

Amazing Experience
Our tour guide, Slim was very knowledgeable with the town and told us many interesting stories on our way there. The whole trip was fun and we had ample time to wander around the geothermal park. Love every aspect of the journey and could not recommend this more!

Amazing!!
Great shuttle service to the Waiotapu. The lovely couple that was driving us told us a lot about the park and the local culture. Would book again!
