Caroline Northin said... This was a new experience for us on Lake Wanaka. The boat journey was beautiful and such awesome scenery and commentary along the way. What a beautiful island! The bush was beautiful, the scenery from many points up the hill was exceptional and the view from the top amazing. A lake on an island on a lake on an island in the sea! We chose unguided island tour, however the guide was very helpful in answers the questions we had when turning to boat.
