The climb to the top of the island may not be suitable for all people, but everybody on our trip succeeded, including me at 70 - you just need to take it at your own pace as plenty of time is allowed. The other item I would recommend (that I forgot to take) is to take a swimming costume with you (if you like swimming) as you are allowed to swim in the tiny lake at the top of the island. Someone did that when we were there & all I could do was look on, jealously!
