  • Relax and enjoy Lake Wanaka’s beauty without stepping off the boat
  • Sip tea, coffee, or grab a $6 drink while cruising
  • Take in epic views of Mount Gold and Mount Burke Station
  • Learn fun facts with light onboard commentary
  • Snap scenic shots as the boat lands at Stevensons Island

Perfect for those who'd rather relax than ramble, this cruise lets guests sit back with a warm cuppa, a few bikkies, or even a $6 drink from the onboard bar as the boat glides across the lake!

Settle into comfort aboard the Dual Image and enjoy the commentary that paints a picture of Wanaka’s natural wonders and history while cruising past majestic sights like Mount Gold and the historic Mount Burke sheep station.

As the boat makes a beach landing at Stevensons Island, there’s no pressure to get off – unless you're feeling adventurous and fancy a swim in the crystal-clear waters. Photographers will love the views from the boat itself, with the island’s windswept trees and rugged rock formations creating a picture-perfect backdrop.

It’s a lovely way to escape the bustle and let nature do the talking, with nothing to do but relax, sip your drink, and take in some of the most iconic scenery the region has to offer.

Whether you’re a solo traveller looking for peace, a couple wanting a quiet outing, or simply someone after a low-effort, high-reward experience, this cruise ticks all the boxes. It’s an easy, comfy, and downright gorgeous way to spend a part of your day!
